About Actlane

Actlane is a DSL-first toolkit for safe AI-agent actions. Define a capability once, and it generates the tool integration, policy and instruction layer around that action.

Actlane focuses on capability contracts as the source of truth across agent runtimes and policy layers.

What Actlane Generates

Its core focus is on capability contracts: define what an AI agent can and cannot do, then generate consistent artifacts from that definition instead of spreading rules across prompts and config fragments.

Why Actlane Exists

AI agents are becoming more capable, but governance has lagged behind. Traditional approaches rely on prompt engineering or scattered runtime rules. Actlane gives teams a structured, declarative path where safe defaults, approval rules and audit metadata live next to the capability itself.
